Terms and Conditions

The legal agreements set out below govern the ordering by schools, businesses, organisations, associations and individuals ("you") of teaching and learning resources ("products") from HSC Apps ("us").

In agreeing to terms and conditions and placing an order, you agree that you understand that all sales of our products are final. We do not have a policy of providing refunds for a change of mind.

The product/s allow for unlimited copying, which is entirely for your benefit and convenience, but is an obvious risk to us. This necessitates the requirement that all sales be final as there is no way of determining if the resources have been transferred to a computer, or to an unlimited number of third parties, hence the reasonable necessity to require sales to be final.

You agree that, with regard to the quality of the product, subjective views on the usefulness of the resources do not give rise to a refund claim. You understand that all reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that you understand the nature and the quality of the resources. A substantial amount of sample material is provided at www.hsclegalstudies.com/11legalstudiessamples to ensure an understanding of the nature of the resources.

In agreeing to the terms and conditions of sale, you are hereby taking responsibility for the final payment of all orders. If you are authorised to make orders on behalf of a school, business or organisation, you are agreeing that if timely payment is not forthcoming that you are responsible for ensuring that payment is forthcoming. If you are not authorised to purchase on behalf of a school, business or organisation, but have made the order regardless, you are agreeing to pay the full purchase price if your school, business or organisation refuses to make full or partial payment for the product/s.

The physical aspects of the product/s remain covered by the Australian Consumer Laws regarding the sale of goods. We agree that we will provide a USB, DVD or other media that contains the resources ordered. Replacements will obviously be provided for faulty media. You also maintain full responsibility for ensuring hardware and/or software compatibility.
